FREE!The 10th Annual FAB! Festival promises fun for all ages. This one-day-only arts explosion features FREE performances, exhibits, and activities. Enjoy original dance, theater, and musical performances by artists from across the Lower East Side (and beyond!). Sample tasty bites from local food vendors. Learn about local greening efforts with your neighbors, and experience more culture per square foot than at any other NYC festival!
