Joshua Nierodzinski was born in Worcester, MA USA. His paintings feature the human figure in the landscape encountering the commonplace and the mythical. Nierodzinski received a MFA from the University of Michigan and a BFA from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Salamanca, Spain. He has been an artist in residence at the Sam and Adele Golden Foundation and the Wassaic Artist Residency in Wassaic, NY. He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
